Returns & Refunds Policy – Layan Furniture

At Layan Furniture, we strive to ensure satisfaction for both buyers and sellers. However, due to the nature of used products, please read our return policy carefully.

1. For Sellers:

Once your furniture is sold and payment is made, the transaction is final.

No return of item or refund is applicable.

2. For Buyers:

All items are sold as-is (used condition).

We do not offer refunds or exchanges unless the item is completely different from what was agreed.

3. Exceptional Cases:

Refunds may be considered if:

The item delivered is not what was shown or discussed.

You notify us within 24 hours of delivery with valid proof (photos/videos).
